Question :

When sync stuck at sync member and error message occurred (… No type was found that matches the controller named “GetMemberCount”

Possible Reason :

Your POS version may not be up to date or not match with frontend.

Solution :

This is because of POS Revision 180 and above has added new function of (Sync member by batch) and POS Front End is already update to Revision 180 and above, but POS Backend version is still Revision 179 or below.

1. Please make sure POS Front End and Backend version is match and is Revision 180 and above.
