Pos3/5/FNB: Why does system still prompt (Please enter amount) even though I have enter a valid voucher?

Question :

Why does system still prompt (Please enter amount) even though I have enter a valid voucher?


Possible Reason :

This is because the voucher was enabled with ‘verify voucher’ feature and cash value is 0.


Solution :

1. Go to Voucher Maintenance, Select the voucher that you want to edit.


2. Fill in the Cash Value Amount if you had enabled the “Verify Voucher” function.
