Question :

How to maintain preset remarks for Cash in & Cash Out?

Solution :

User wants to maintain some preset remarks for cash in & cash out instead of key in the same remark repeatedly.

1. Login to POS Backend, Go to Point of sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance (POS Option Maintenance) > Document Control 3 (You can key in the remark as many as you want line by line)

2. Now you can select Preset Remark when performing cash in or cash out function. (You still can type other remark if the remark is not in the list)

Note : Please perform synchronization after make any changes on POS Backend.
