Pos3/Pos5/FNB: Can I do Refund for Credit Card, E-Wallet, Debit Card or Credit Sales?

Question :

Can we perform POS/FnB refund transaction for Credit Card, E-Wallet, Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Sales payment method?

Answer :

Credit Card & Debit Card: Payment made by these 2 types of payment can’t be refunded directly. User can either void the transaction/payment OR refund as cash.

E-Wallet: To refund e-wallet payment, void the transaction and the payment will automatically refund to user. You can only perform void once as the voided payment by e-wallet can’t be unvoided.

Cheque: Most outlet does not issue cheque as it requires authorized signature, to refund as cheque customer usually required to visit HQ office.

Credit Sales: Can be refunded at backend as CN, or any sort of payment backend can provide.
