Question :

What’s the difference between birthday and birthday month of member in Promotion Maintenance?

Solution :

To determine promotion valid on the birthdate only or the entire month.

For POS3, POS5 & F&B

Birthday: When a promotion maintenance is set to be valid for birthday, eligible members shall enjoy the promotion only on that birthday date.

Birthday Month: When a promotion maintenance is set to be valid for birthday month, eligible members shall enjoy the promotion in that entire month.
