Pos3/Pos5/FNB: How to Install POS Integration?

Question :

How to install POS Integration plugin in my POS3/5 & F&B System?

Solution :

For POS3 :

The dealer need to access partner space portal to download POS Integration Plugin. Extract the file and you will see something like below, copy it to outlet pc.

1. Copy the POSIntegration.dll file and paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoCount\POS

2. Login outlet backend and go to Tools > Plug-in Manager

3. Install the POSIntegration.app from the POS Integration plugin folder

4. Open the CloseCounterScreen.cs with notepad and copy the content.

5. Login your POS system > Go to More Function > Configuration > Miscellaneous.

6. Click the Scripting Button > Click Edit Script for Close Counter Screen under POS category.

7. Paste the content in it and click on check script. You should be able to get No Error, you may go to File > Save the script.

8. After done all the settings, logout and login back to the pos system. You will see POS integration is successfully installed in Close Counter Checkout.

For POS5 & F&B System :

The dealer will need to access partner space portal to download the POS Integration Plugin. Extract the file and you will see something like below, copy it to outlet pc.

1. Copy the POS Integration (POS).dll file and paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoCount\POS 5.0

2. Open the CloseCounterScreen.cs / ApplicationStartup.cs with notepad and copy the content.

3a. Login your POS system > Go to More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous.

3b. Login your F&B system > Go to More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous.

4. Click the Scripting Button > Click Edit Script for Application Startup / Close Counter Screen under POS category.

5. Paste the scripting in Application Startup / Close Counter Screen where you copy the script from the POS Integration Plugin folder.

6. Click the button check script to check wherever there have error or not. If show No Error , you may go to File > Save the script.

7. After done all settings, logout and login back to the pos system. You will see POS integration is successfully installed in Close Counter Checkout.
