Pos3/Pos5/FNB: How to preset remarks for user to select
Question :
Our remark are always the same between few selection. I wish to preset it at the system so I do not need to type the same thing over and over every time I need to use remark.
Solution :
Yes, you can do so with AutoCount.
1. Login Pos 5.0 Backend > Point of Sale > Remarks Maintenance
2. Click New Button to create the Remarks selection and click OK to save once you have done creating.
3. Then perform speed sync at your terminal.
And now, your staff are able to select remark from the POS5/F&B system
