Question :

How to set a promotion of a free gift when total purchase reached RM500?

Solution :

Login POS Backend > Go to Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Promotion Maintenance

Click on New to create a promotion

Define the promotion code (eg : Promotion A), then click on Purchase With Purchase tab

Click on the + button and key in description, select ‘Total amount reaches’ function and define the Purchase Amt e.g. 500.00

Click on the + button to add items (and check the checkbox of FOC) that will be given for free when customer purchase amount reached RM500.

Apply One Option Only – check this checkbox if only one of the items will be given free. Other wise all listed items will be given free.

Click on OK to save then perform speed sync from your terminal.
