Pos3/Pos5/FNB: How to set default to use Description 2 in POS?
Question :
How to set default to use Description 2 in POS?
Solution :
1. Some users wish to use Description 2 as Short form or other language description on Description 2 column.
2. In POS 5.0 Backend, go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance.
3. Select Option 1 and click Edit
4. Under Document Control 2, tick Use item’s description2 and press OK
5. Please perform sync after making any changes at POS Backend.
6a. On FNB ordering screen, it will only show Description 2 when take order
6b. On POS ordering screen, it will only show Description 2 when scan item
