Pos5/FNB: Cash In & Cash out error
I try to perform cash in and cash out from POS5 / F&B terminal. It prompts error as shown below.
“Input string was not in a correct format”
Possible Reason :
Cash Drawer device setting and Receipt Printer device setting issue.
1. Login to terminal > Go to More Function > Configuration > Device Setting 2
2. Cash Drawer Device must maintain the same device with Printer Device Setting if you are linking cash drawer to printer.
