Pos5/FNB: Cash computation missing some bank notes amount

Question :

When I try to close counter, and want to key in the cash notes / coins, I found out that RM20 column is missing. How can I add in this RM20 so that I can key in the cash notes accordingly?

Possible Reason :

You may have deleted certain amount.

Solution :

For POS5, go to More Function > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous.

For FNB, go to More Function > Settings > Configuration Setting > Miscellaneous.

Then click on cash computation

After that click on load default and then save.

You may now try to close your counter again and re-key your cash notes / coins
