Why do I get transaction fail during E-wallet payment?.
Error Code: Payment not allowed
Possible Reason :
The EWallet Merchant ID or Merchant Key has not been keyed in correctly.
1a. Login POS 5.0 > More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting 2 tab > reenter your E Wallet info > OK
1b. Login FnB > More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Device Setting 2 tab > reenter your E Wallet info > OK
Please be very accurate when keying in letters such as 0, O, o, 1, I, L (l), 7, 2, Z & z.
Alternatively you can copy the password and ID from the PDF file that was sent to you.
