Pos5/FNB: Enter Password Open Cash Drawer

Question :

I have enabled open cash drawer access right function for my cashier, but why still being prompted asking for password to open cash drawer?

Enter password for Open Cash Drawer.

Possible Reason :

You have enabled requirement to enter password for cash drawer settings every time they open cash drawer.

Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Settings Maintenance

2. Click Edit button to edit your Option ID

3. Go to Document Control 2 tab > Untick Enter Password when Open Cash Drawer

4. Click OK to save then perform speed sync from your terminal.
