Pos5/FNB: Ewallet payment error

Question :

I have created few Ewallet payment methods at POS BACKEND and perfromed synchronization to make sure frontend is up to date but why the system still detect No any EWallet option found, please set up before proceed?


Possible Reason :

You may have enabled filter by Ewallet payment type.


Solution :

1. Login your POS BACKEND > Go to Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Maintenance


2. Select your Terminal ID and Click the Edit button


3. Go to Filter By Tab , untick the checkbox Filter by E-wallet. Then click OK to save.

Perform synchronize from your terminal then you will be able to select E wallet button for payment.
