Question :

How to enable feature of return earned point when return item?

Solution :

1. Go to POS Backend -> Point of sale -> Terminal settings maintenance -> OptionID -> Document Control 2.

2. Only these 2 bonus point calculation options can be deducted during return.

Calculate Points based on Item Quantity

Calculate Points based on Item Subtotal

3. Perform a speed sync and new transactionwill be able to return point earned.

• • Existing transaction will not be able to return even you have changed the option if you are not using the relevant option.

(Deduct Point / Negative Point / Minus Point when Qty negative)
