Pos5/FNB: How to setup E-wallet type that AutoCount does not integrate with?

Question :

I accept E-wallet from another e-wallet provider, may I know how to set the payment type in my POS / F&B system?

Solution :

For Pos 3 :

You can use Debit Card / Credit Card as a substitution to setup E-wallet type.

Go to Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Debit Card Maintenance / Credit Card Maintenance

Create new and input your E-wallet details and save.

Then perform speed sync to your terminal.

For POS5/F&B system

We have a new payment method for this purpose in POS 5 which is Custom Payment Maintenance.

Go to Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Custom Payment Method Maintenance.

Create new and input your E-wallet details and save.

Then perform speed sync from your outlet.
