Pos5/FNB: How to turn off customer information when making payment

Question :

I don’t want my POS/FNB system to pop up customer information during payment, how to turn it off ?

Solution :

For POS 3:

Login POS frontend then go to More Function > Configuration Settings > Receipt tab, then uncheck Always prompt customer info dialog function and save it.

Re-login the system and customer info dialog will not prompt anymore.

For Pos5/F&B:

Login Pos Backend > Point OF Sale > Pos Options Maintenance > Edit

Go to receipt tab and uncheck Always prompt customer info dialog function and save it.

After that, perform speed sync from your outlet and re-login.
