Pos5/FNB: I clicked on Cash Button at POS AR Payment, but the payment method shows bank account instead of cash account?
Question :
I clicked on Cash Button at POS AR Payment, but the payment method shows bank account instead of cash account?
Possible Reason :
You have set wrongly the payment method at POS Posting Setting.
Solution :
1. Login POS Backend, go to Stock > Stock Location Maintenance > Select respective location and Edit > POS Posting Setting tab.
2. Under POS Posting Setting, change to correct Cash Payment Method.
Note : Please perform synchronization after making any changes at backend.
