Question :

I have created a Batch No. for my item, but during transaction at my terminal, it did not show batch number Why is it?


Possible Reason :

The batch no. is expired.


Solution :

1. Login to POS BACKEND > STOCK > STOCK ITEM MAINTENANCE


2. Look for the item code with batch no. and click the View button


3. Click the Item Batch tab and check your batch no expiry date.
