Pos5/FNB: Item Price does not follow member price plan

Question :

I have set member price in member price plan, but when scan item at POS5 or F&B the price does not follow member price.


Possible Reason :

Most probably the setting use member/item price is not enabled.

Solution :

Login to POS Backend then go to Point Of Sales > Maintenance > Pos Option Maintenance > Edit > Document Control tab and tick the checkbox “Use Member/ItemPrice” then save it.


Then perform sync to your outlet.
