Pos5/FNB: Point Payment Method is not set

Question :

When I try to do POS Posting, error message prompted “Point Payment Method is not set.”. What should I do?


Possible Reason :

You haven’t set the posting account at POS Posting Setting under Stock Location Maintenance.


Solution :

1. Login POS 5.0 Backend > Stock > Stock Location Maintenance


2. Select correct location (HQ) then click the Edit Button


3. Under POS Posting Setting tab, fill in Point Payment Method / Account No then click OK to save.


4. Then try to do POS posting again.
