Pos5/FNB: Point Payment issue

Question :

My member point balance is 800, I want to use 400 point for point payment, and pay the remaining amount using cash payment. But when I insert 400 point to pay, it shows the amount is fully paid?


Answer :

It could be your point redemption settings is set incorrectly.


Solution :

1. Login POS BACKEND > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Settings Maintenance


2. Edit your Option ID > Then go to Document Control 2 > Untick ‘Full redemption without point calculation’


3. Click OK to save then do speed sync from your terminal.


4. And now, you can do point payment together with other payment types.
