Pos5/FNB: Pos Posting Error - Duplicate Posting Number

Question :

When I try to do POS posting from POS BACKEND, it shows duplicate POS posting no. How to solve?

Outlet ...: Duplicate POSPosting No.


Possible Reason :

It could be your POS posting number has been reset


Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Backend Settings


2. Check your last pos posting document No. , then change pos posting Next Number in Backend Settings

Then click Save Button

And now, you may try redo POS posting and it should be able to save.
