Pos5/FNB: Posting Error TaxBrNo

Question :

When perform POS Posting, the system prompts an error. What is the problem here?

Outlet LocationName: Cannot set column 'TaxBRNo'. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.

Possible Reason :

Debtor company registration number exceeded maximum length limit.

Solution :

1. Find out those transactions involved this debtor code.

Copies the debtor code, go to debtor maintenance find out the company name.

2. Click the Edit Button to edit debtor company registration no. make it shorter.

After done edit, click Save button, perform POS posting again.
