Pos5/FNB: Unable to change Promoter ID

Question :

Unable to change promoter ID and it shows an error?

The value of column PromoterID in table PosUser does not exist in its master file.


Possible Reason :

Pos User ID is linked to Promoter ID.


Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > POS User Maintenance


2. Check each of the POS User ID that has link with promoter, and then click the Edit button.


3. If the Pos User has set Default Promoter , click the Clear button to remove it. Then click OK to save.

And now, you are able to change your promoter name at your promoter maintenance.
