Pos5/FNB: Unable to key in decimal places for bonus point payment

Question :

I have set the decimal point for bonus point, but why I can't key in the decimal point for point payment in POS?

Possible Reason :

The setting "Use decimal point for redemption" is not activated.

Solution :

Login POS 5 backend and go to Point of Sales > Maintenance > Pos Option Maintenance > Edit > Document Control 2

Then, go to Bonus Point and check the checkbox "Use decimal point for redemption".

After that, synchronize and then exit the program and log in frontend again. Now the bonus point can be key-in with decimal places.
