Pos5/FNB: When select Member the item price is changed?

Question :

Why is it every time I enter member, the item price will auto change?


Possible Reason :

You may have enabled member price without ask user to confirm update price settings.


Solution :

For POS 5.0 & FnB

1. Login POS 5.0 Backend > Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance


2. Select correct Option > Edit > Document Control tab > click Member / Item Price Confirmation Option box > change to Ask user to confirm the update > OK.


3. Go to Outlet perform Speed Sync


4. Scan item > insert member > system will prompt for OK or Cancel to update unit price.

OK: if you click OK, system will update all item price.

Cancel: if you click Cancel, system will remain current item price.


For POS 3.1 & 3.0

1.Login POS > More Function > Configuration Setting


2. Go to Document Control tab > click Member / Item Price Confirmation Option box > change to Ask user to confirm the update > OK > OK > Exit POS & re open POS.


3. Scan item > insert member > system will prompt for OK or Cancel to update unit price.

OK: if you click OK, system will update all item price.

Cancel: if you click Cancel, system will remain current item price.
