Pos5/FNB: Why I had set company details in company profile, but for Cash In & Out slip still showing other company details?

Question :

Why I had set company details in company profile, but for Cash In & Out slip still showing other company details?

Possible Reason :

User may have earlier configured Receipt Header at POS Backend.

Solution :

1. Login POS Backend, Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > Edit Option 1 > Receipt (Character Based).

2. Please make sure Header Content Box is empty.

3. And now, your POS Front End Cash In & Out Header should be followed the company profile details.

4. Note: Please perform synchronization after making any changes at POS Backend
