Pos5/FNB: Why can’t I select new member type at POS Front End even though I have added new member type at POS Back End

Question :

Why can’t I select new member type at POS Front End even though I have added new member type at POS Back End?


Possible Reason :

User POS Front End may not run as administrator and some config access may blocked by windows.


Solution :

1. Select and right click POS Front End Desktop Icon and click on properties > Under Compatibility Tab, Tick “run the program as an administrator” and Press OK.


2. User should be able to select new member type that are newly created.
