Pos5/FNB: Why can’t members trigger promotion price?

Question :

I have set promotion and it is working properly but whenever I select a member my promotion price is not working. Why is it?

Possible Reason :

You have maintained the promotion only at Discount column. You must maintain the Discount value on member column too.

Solution :

1. Key in discount price or percentage based on Lvl 1, Lvl 2 or Lvl 3 Member column.
