Pos5/FNB: Why is my credit card type is blank even though i have maintained credit card type

Question :

Why is my credit card type is blank even though i have maintained credit card type?


Possible Reason :

You may have enabled filter by credit card but did not maintain credit card type.


Solution :

1) Login Pos Backend then go to Point Of Sales > Maintenance > Terminal Maintenance, select your terminal and edit.

2) Next, go to Filter By tab and check Filter By Credit Card. If you are using this feature, make sure to click on Maintain Credit Card and maintain the credit card type that you want.


3) Perform Speed Sync at your terminal. Then you able to select your credit card type at your frontend.
