Pos5/FNB: Why is the system rounding up decimal point value at point payment even though bonus point adjustment rounding method is disabled

Question :

Why is the system rounding up decimal point value at point payment even though bonus point adjustment rounding method is disabled?

Possible Reason :

User may not set decimal value display for bonus point.

Solution :

1. Go to POS Back End, Point of Sales > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > Click Edit on selected Pos Option > Appearance

2. Change value from 0 to 2 at Bonus Point Decimal and Tick Display fixed size decimal > OK

3. The point payment should be able to pay by decimal point value after changed settings.

Note : Please perform synchronization after make any changes at POS Back End.
