Pos5/FNB: Why promotion item discount is not working when purchase quantity is less than 1?

Question :

Why promotion item discount is not working when purchase quantity is less than 1?

Possible Reason :

This is because of the purchase item quantity is not reach the minimum purchase quantity level.

Possible Reason :

If you are a user with decimal quantity, you may have to make sure the quantity is set properly.

1. Go to POS Backend, Point of Sales > Maintenance > Promotion Maintenance > Edit the related promotion > Check the Minimum Purchase Quantity

2. You may increase or decrease the Minimum Purchase Quantity to match your promotion discount marketing plan.

Note : Please perform synchronization after make any changes at POS Backend.
