Pos5/FNB: Why system still allow to pass exceed maximum discount limit even though I had set the maximum discount for user group

Question :

Why system still allow to pass exceed maximum discount limit even though I had set the maximum discount for this user group that I use it as supervisor ID?

Possible Reason :

User may have only set maximum discount limit for the supervisor ID. Please note that supervisor ID password is used only to bypass the access rights control but did not replace current user settings.

Solution :

1. Pease make sure current user group have maximum discount limit set also.

2. Note: Please perform synchronization after making any changes at POS Backend
