Question :

Why user can make payment by point payment even though transaction amount is more than available point?


Solution :

User may accidentally enable bonus point function (Full redemption without point calculation). If the function is enabled, then user may make point payment with any transaction amount higher than available point.


1. Go to POS Backend, Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > Edit Option 1 > Document Control 2 > untick Full redemption without point calculation > Press OK to save setting.


Note : User must perform synchronization after make any changes at POS Backend
