Pos5: Could not return item serial number if return more than 1 quantity
Question :
During return serial number item, system prompts message as shown below, why ?
The new return quantity is more than key in quantity.
Possible Reason :
At sales transaction, you have entered 3 of these items in separate rows.
Solution :
1. At return screen, user can only tick 1 line to return and then press OK.
2. Repeat step 1 for second item.
3. Continue until you have returned all the item.
4. Press OK and proceed to return this transaction.
