Question :

How to permanently show menu layout at POS 5.0 Retail?

Solution :

Some user may need to use the menu button to select items instead of scanning item barcode, but they don’t want to repeatedly click on menu button to show menu layout. So, this feature can permanently show the menu layout on transaction screen.

1.Login POS Backend, Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance > Edit (Option 1) > Document Control 2

2.Tick Show Menu > OK

3.The Menu layout will permanently show up at POS Transaction Screen.

Note : Please perform synchronization after making any changes on POS Backend.
