Pos5: Return Stock Cost issue

Question :

When I try to do return item for docno T01-000100, why is average cost not following the previous transaction T01-000099? It uses item standard cost…

Possible Reason :

It could be your POS BACKEND setting is set to use standard cost for return stock.

Solution :

1. Login Your POS BACKEND > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Settings Maintenance

2. Click the Edit Button to edit your Option ID.

3. Go to Document Control 2 , under Retails section untick Use item standard cost for return stock. Then click OK to save.

4. Then perform speed sync from your terminal and try redo return stock again.

5. After done redo, you may check your POS Profit Margin Report again. The latest return docno T01-000101 for return stock is following the previous transaction average local total cost now.
