Pos5: System always prompts to choose Sales Order or Cash Sale

Question :

Why the system always prompts me to select Sales Order or Cash Sale whenever i login or completed a transaction?

Possible Reason :

You’ve enabled the deposit payment feature in AutoCount POS and have set it to always prompt you to choose between Sales Order and Cash Sale.

Solution :

Login backend and go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance > Edit > Document Control.

If you wish the system not to prompt you such message every time, you may select one of the options between “Always use Sales Order” or “Always use Cash Sales”.

Alternatively, you can uncheck the “Enable Deposit Payment” to disable this feature if you don’t need it.

After that do a synchronization for the setting to take effect.
