Question :

System shows invalid backend user id & password when accept GIT stock transfer at FE?

Solution :

Your preset login user ID and password at Backend options did not match the system due to password changed.

Solution :

1.Login to POS Backend, Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS Option Maintenance > Edit (Option 1) > Appearance

2.In HQ Database Connection, make sure Backend User ID & Password is filled in correctly then save the setting.

Note : Please perform synchronization after make any changes on POS Backend.
