Pos5: Why is my (Find Sales Order) button not appeared at POS?

Question :

Why is my (Find sales order) button not appeared at POS?

Solution :

User unable to find (Find Sales Order) at Pos although he had enabled Sales Order module and created Sales Order Transaction. This is because the POS is currently working on Cash Sales Screen instead of Sales Order Screen.

1. Go to More Function > Click on Change Sales Type, and make sure the Transaction screen is under Sales Order Type

2. Then you will find out the (Find Sales Order) button in More Function.
