Pos:Pos couldn't print Xtra Report

Question: I have edited some items in Receipt Report Design and Cash Sale receipt. But the receipt printed still showing the default format and not the edited one?

Possible Reason:

The option setting of "Use XtraReport" is not checked.

Solution:

1. Login to Pos > More Function > Configuration Setting, check the checkbox of “Use XtraReport”

2. Log out and login Pos System again in order to print the receipt.
