Pos:Sync Error - Failed to get valid DB Sync license. Please register your POS license

Question: Why can’t I perform speed sync? There is an error message prompted “Failed to get valid DB Sync license. Please register your POS license”. How to get rid of this error?

Possible Reason:

POS module is not enabled in HQ Account Book.

Solution:

Login into Server Account book, go to Tools > Program Control > License Control; check the checkbox ‘POS’ and click on OK.

Now, you should be able to perform speed sync.
