Question: There is an error message ‘Missing source record for Member ‘’ “. Last error key. Member. ChangeType: l, Key1:’ in POS Auto Sync Notifier. What should I do in order to solve this error?
You have changed member's code more than 1 time before sync. Thus, the existing transaction couldn’t be synchronized back to HQ.
1. Go to AutoCount POS Sync, select the particular sync profile and go to Edit mode of the outlet terminal. Then change the Member sync method from “Two Way” to “No sync” and click on OK.
2. Try to perform speed sync.
3. After the sync successfully completed, change back the Member sync method to “Two Way” and run sync again.
