Pos:Sync process stuck at Get All Change Log

Question: Why the process keeps stuck at Get all Change log when I perform speed sync?



Possible Reason:

Change log is too big. System takes long time to get all the change log.


Solution:

1. Insert query on outlet database (do it at your own risk) to clear the change log.

AutoCount Accounting Management Studio > Tools > SQL Query

delete from changelog where tablename!='Member' AND changetype!='k'




Note: This query is only applicable to Outlet database. Backup your Outlet database before applying this query.


2. Try to perform speed sync again.
