Pos:Unit Price not follow Member Price Plan

Question: Why I have set member price in member price plan, but when create transaction the price does not follow price set?

Possible Reason:

Most probably the setting use member/item price is not checked.

Solution:

1. Login POS front end

2. Click More function > Configuration setting

3. Under document control tab, check the checkbox of Use member/item price
