Pos: Item running number missing in POS Invoice/Receipt

Question: I am using XtraReport to print my Invoice / Receipt for POS. Why when I print my Simplified Tax Invoice from POS the item numbering is missing?



Possible Reason:

You did not enable the numbering option in POS system.


Solution:

Login into your POS system, click on More Function > Configuration Setting



Under Receipt Tab, Click on Auto Numbering Control, check the checkbox of “Apply Auto Numbering to Detail Table”. If you’re using Item Package, please enable “Apply Auto Numbering to Package Detail Table” so that you can see the numbering on your Item Package.



Reprint your Invoice / Receipt and the numbering will be shown now.
