Pos: Pos Posting error - The value of column DEAccNo in table G/L does not exist in its master file

Question: During pos posting, an error message prompted: "The value of column DEAccNo in table G/L does not exist in its master file".

Possible Reason:

Bank charge account for the payment method is not defined. When there are entries involved bank charges, the system is having problem of to which GL Account the bank charges should be posted.

Solution:

1. Go to General Maintenance > Payment Method Maintenance; define the bank charges account for this payment method.
