Pos: Pos Transaction error – Nullable object must have a value

Question : Why system prompts ‘Nullable object must have a value’ when I edit the quantity to 2?

Possible Reason :

You’ve maintained promotion mix and match for this item, but didn’t maintain the total price.

Solution :

Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > Promotion Maintenance, edit the promotion and key in the total price for this mix and match promotion, then click on OK.

You will able to create the transaction with quantity 2 for this item and the promotion rule applied.
