Pos: Pos posting error - No payment records found

Question: When I do pos posting, there is an error message prompted ‘No payment records found’. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

Region setting Format of PC is not set to English, system unable to translate the pc language format.

Solution:

1. Go to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region

2. Go to Region; Change the format to English
